Andrew Taylor

Andrew joined Andrew Black Design in 2025 as Senior Architect, bringing with him 15 years’ post qualification experience in a range of sectors including public mixed use buildings, offices, housing, retail, master planning and bespoke private homes. He has experience working with award-winning practices in Glasgow, Dundee and Linlithgow.

Andrew graduated from Dundee University with a Masters in Architecture and qualified as a registered architect in 2009. He has a particular interest in the reuse of historic buildings and has been conservation accredited by RIAS since 2013.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and can usually be found in the kitchen trying to improve his cooking skills.
