Tibbermore

This project is a new build in the beautiful village of Tibbermore in Perthshire.

This 4-Bed property has a large open plan kitchen/dining and seating area, with a separate formal lounge.  This is all situated on the entry level of the dwelling, with access to the large balcony which provides views over the garden and further afield. An external curved staircase gives access to the garden from the balcony. The lower floor will be built into the site below containing the bedrooms and service accommodation and garage.

The house is designed to look like a single storey dwelling at entry level.  This layout creates interaction with the burn which runs along the bottom of the site. Detailed flood risk analysis was prepared to assure the planning authority that the nearby burn wouldn’t cause any future issues.

The property will be highly insulated, energy efficient and have maximum solar gain, bringing with it low running costs.
