Housing Developments

We have a strong track record working with developers on new housing projects, providing strategic masterplanning services and sustainable housing design for both the private and social housing sectors. Our clients value our ability to assemble effective design teams to address key issues at the appropriate time and coordinate projects from inception to delivery.

We are experts in placemaking, with a passion for designing developments that enhance the lives of residents and deliver lasting value for communities. All our residential projects are designed to minimise energy use and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Our robust understanding of planning policy enables us to effectively address potential objectors’ concerns and avoid difficult negotiations with local authority planning departments, making the process of achieving consent as efficient as possible.
