We designed a development of 18 semi-detached mid-market homes for Strathmore Homes (Scotland) Ltd on a brownfield site in Lochee, Dundee.
The houses have three bedrooms and an internal floor area of 115m². The use of separate gables on the front elevations combined with deliberate differences in materials give each house a clear identity. They are set in a site dominated by an avenue of mature protected trees leading to a long-demolished country house.
