The Boyne
This Victorian farmhouse was originally extended by Andrew Black Design back in 2008. Additional accommodation was deemed necessary for a growing family and new designs were prepared to create a new master suite and family room incorporating a sunken spa pool.
The two storey extension to the west was clad in new stone, with frameless glass windows and timber cladding. A balcony to the master suite allows expansive views towards the hills and the chance to enjoy the evening sun.
The existing kitchen was relocated to the previous extension and general alterations were made to reconfigure the house to suit the new extension.
